ABS Lihuayi Lijin M347

ABS Lihuayi Lijin M347

Product Introduction ABS Lihuayi Lijin M347 is an ABS plastic widely applied in automotive and electronic‑electrical fields. It is well‑recognized for high rigidity, good heat resistance and excellent processability.

Main Applications

Automotive Components: Body panels, rear‑view mirror housings, lamp frames, interior decorative parts such as instrument‑panel assemblies and grilles. Its heat‑resistant performance makes it suitable for certain non‑critical high‑temperature parts inside engine compartments.

Electronics, Electrical & Home Appliances: Housings and internal structural parts for large home appliances including televisions, washing machines and refrigerators; housings and keyboard components for portable devices such as laptops and tablets. Thanks to high‑gloss property, it is also used for small home appliances and electrical accessories requiring premium surface appearance.

Injection‑Molding Parameters

Process Parameter Reference Range Remarks & Instructions
Drying Treatment 80‑85°C, 2‑4 hours Keep hopper heated to prevent re‑moisture absorption; ensure moisture content below 0.1%.
Barrel Temperature Rear zone:180‑200℃
Middle zone:200‑220℃
Front zone:220‑240℃
Nozzle:220‑240℃ (do not exceed 250°C to avoid material degradation)
Mold Temperature 40‑80℃ (commonly 50‑70℃) Higher mold temperature improves surface gloss and reduces internal stress.
Injection Pressure 60‑110 MPa Adjust according to flow length and part structure; higher value for thin‑wall or long‑flow‑path parts.
Holding Pressure Approx. 30%‑60% of injection pressure Optimize per wall thickness and structure to reduce internal stress and shrinkage.
Injection Speed Medium or medium‑high speed High‑speed improves gloss yet may cause flow marks; adopt slow‑to‑fast injection‑speed control.
Screw Speed 50‑70 rpm
Back Pressure 0.5‑1.0 MPa (5‑10 kg/cm²) Proper back‑pressure ensures uniform plasticization and degassing; lower value is preferred.
