Product Introduction AS Zhenjiang Qimei PN‑118L150 is a high‑transparency, high‑rigidity acrylonitrile‑styrene copolymer (SAN) resin with excellent chemical resistance. It also delivers good heat resistance and easy processability.
Main Applications
Household & Electronic Appliances: Suitable for electrical sockets, housings, instrument casings, dashboards, battery boxes, storage‑battery enclosures, junction boxes, TV bases, cassette cases and transparent electrical panels. Reliable electrical insulation, mechanical strength and heat resistance meet performance requirements for these components.
Automotive Industry: Applied to automotive parts such as head‑lamp housings, rear‑view mirror housings and instrument panels.
Daily‑use & Consumer Goods: Cosmetic cases, tableware, food containers, cups, toothbrush handles, pen barrels, transparent household hardware articles and toys. High transparency and moderate strength make it fit for these end‑uses.
Industrial Components: Oil‑resistant mechanical parts, tractor fuel tanks, packaging containers, filter pipes, housing covers, various switches and push‑buttons.
Films & Packaging: Also applicable for film‑grade applications.
