Processing Technology

Injection Molding Barrel temperature: Generally recommended within 130‑180°C (adjust according to product structure and mold design). Mold temperature: Usually set at 20‑50°C. Injection pressure: Adjust according to material flowability and product dimension to ensure complete mold filling.

Extrusion Molding Commonly used for films, sheets, wire‑cable sheaths and other products. Extruder temperature: Gradually increased from feeding zone to die, generally ranging from 110‑160°C. Screw speed: Adjust according to extruder size and product requirements. Maintain uniform extrusion speed to guarantee product quality.

Foaming Processing It is the key process for manufacturing lightweight shoe materials. Compression foaming is commonly adopted. Foaming agents such as AC foaming agent are added during processing. Processing temperature: Set according to the decomposition temperature of foaming agents, generally around 160‑180°C. Cross‑linking agent: Appropriate amount of cross‑linking agent such as DCP may be added to improve foaming behavior and mechanical properties.
