EVA Formosa Plastics 7350M (Taiwan)
EVA Formosa Plastics 7350M (Taiwan)
Product Introduction EVA Formosa Plastics 7350M from Taiwan is a widely‑used foaming‑grade ethylene‑vinyl‑acetate copolymer plastic. It is crosslinkable and features high elasticity, excellent flexibility, chemical resistance and outstanding low‑temperature resistance. It performs particularly well in high‑elasticity shoe‑material and industrial foaming applications.
Main Applications
Foamed Shoe Materials: Its classic and major application field. Commonly used for soles and insoles of sports shoes and casual shoes.
Industrial Components: Used for buffer gaskets, sealing parts, automobile fenders, shock absorbers in automotive interiors, as well as electrical and electronic components.
Packaging Materials: Applicable to various foam pads and cushioning materials to provide effective impact‑resistance protection for products during transportation.
Film Field: Used for food packaging films, cast films and agricultural films. It complies with FDA non‑specific food‑contact standards and delivers both sealing performance and transparency.
Sports Equipment: Frequently adopted for sports mats, yoga mats and fitness‑equipment grips.
Other Fields: Thermal‑insulation boards and sound‑insulating materials for construction industry, insulation sheaths for wires and cables, consumer goods, as well as hot‑melt adhesives and sealing materials (to be blended with tackifiers, waxes and other additives).

Processing Technology
Injection Molding Used for manufacturing industrial components and consumer goods. Recommended melt temperature range: 150‑180°C. Specific parameters including injection pressure, holding pressure and cooling time shall be adjusted and optimized according to product structure, mold design and equipment conditions.
Extrusion Molding Used for films, sheets, wire‑cable sheaths and other extruded products. Extruder temperature shall rise gradually from feeding zone to die. Actual temperature setting shall be adjusted according to equipment, products and formulas. Screw design: Gradient‑type screw is recommended.
Foaming Molding It is a very important and common processing method for foamed articles such as shoe soles and padding materials. Chemical foaming agents such as AC foaming agent and chemical crosslinking agents such as Dicumyl Peroxide (DCP) are usually added during processing. Crosslinking agents improve foaming behavior and mechanical properties of finished products. Processing temperature shall match the decomposition temperatures of foaming agents and crosslinking agents, generally around 160‑180°C (adjust according to foaming system and equipment). Compression foaming process is generally adopted.
