EVA LG Chemical EA28150
EVA LG Chemical EA28150
Product Introduction EVA LG Chemical EA28150 is an outstanding ethylene‑vinyl‑acetate copolymer material. Its distinctive features are 28% vinyl acetate (VA) content and high melt flow index (MFI). It is mainly applied in hot‑melt adhesive field. Thanks to its high flowability and good compatibility, it delivers excellent performance in adhesive production.
Main Applications
Hot‑melt Adhesives: Its core application field. Benefiting from high melt index, good compatibility and sensory properties, it is highly suitable for manufacturing book‑binding adhesives, packaging adhesives, wood‑working adhesives and general heat‑resistant adhesives.
Wire and Cable Sheath: Due to vibration‑proof and anti‑oxidation properties, it can be used as insulation and sheath material for wires and cables, providing good environmental stress‑cracking resistance.
Foamed Products: Available for producing shoe materials such as mid‑soles, buffer gaskets for sports equipment, offering favorable flexibility and elasticity.
Injection‑molded Products: High flowability makes it suitable for thin‑wall injection‑molded parts such as container lids and toys.
Film Products: Used for producing high‑transparency films including photovoltaic films and agricultural greenhouse films, as well as composite packaging base materials.
