EVA Yangzi‑BASF V6110M Resin
EVA Yangzi‑BASF V6110M Resin
Material Introduction: EVA Yangzi‑BASF V6110M is EVA resin with VA content approx.26.6% and melt flow index approx.5.9 g/10min. It delivers good performance in foaming property, flexibility, aging resistance, electrical insulation, transparency and processability.
Main Applications
Wire & cable: Insulation and sheath layers for low‑voltage cables, communication cables. Applied for special light‑transmissible cables due to high transparency. Can be used as cable shielding material to reduce external electromagnetic interference; also for foamed cable accessories such as filling strips and foamed tubes.
Foamed products: Foamed shoe‑sole materials, foamed cable accessories (filling strips, foamed tubes), offering lightweight, softness and cushioning performance.
Injection‑molded products: Toys, stationery, sports goods and other injection‑molded articles requiring transparency and flexibility.
