Material Introduction: EVA Beijing Organic Y2045 (also named 18‑3) is EVA resin with VA content 18% and melt index 3 g/10min. It features good flexibility, chemical stability, electrical insulation, high transparency and excellent foaming performance, widely used in film, foamed products and other fields.
Main Applications
Film products ‑Packaging films: food flexible packaging film, stretch film, heavy‑duty packaging film. ‑Agricultural films: functional greenhouse film.
Foamed products ‑Shoe materials: mid‑sole for sports shoes, sole & inner materials for slippers and sandals, providing lightweight, softness and cushioning performance. ‑Sports articles: gymnastics mats, sound‑insulating boards, sealing materials.
Injection‑molded products: Hollow articles, flexible hoses, low‑temperature‑resistant gaskets, mudguards.
Wire & cable: Insulation and sheath materials for wires and cables.
Hot‑melt adhesive: Various hot‑melt adhesives and coatings.
