Material Introduction: PA6 DOW‑DuPont 73G30HSL BK416 is a 30% glass‑fiber‑reinforced heat‑stabilized PA6 material. It delivers high strength, high rigidity, good heat resistance and dimensional stability for demanding engineering applications.

| Drying Treatment | Hot‑air drying above 80℃ for at least 16 h; if exposed to air>8 h, vacuum‑dry at 105℃ for ≥8 h. | Critical operation. Keep moisture ≤0.2% to avoid hydrolysis, bubbles, silver streaks and mechanical‑property loss. Use immediately after drying or seal properly for heat preservation. |
