PA66 DUPONT 70G33HS1L NC010 Resin
PA66 DUPONT 70G33HS1L NC010 Resin
Material Introduction: PA66 DUPONT 70G33HS1L NC010 (USA DuPont) is a 33% glass‑fiber‑reinforced heat‑stabilized PA66 (PA66+33%GF) material. Featuring high rigidity, high strength, excellent creep resistance, heat resistance and good dimensional stability, it performs well in demanding engineering applications. Its inherent water‑absorption property will affect dimensional stability and partial performances (large performance difference between dry and conditioned state); strict drying is mandatory before processing.
Main Applications
Electronic‑electrical industry: Components for electrical & electronic fields, electrical appliances and household appliance parts.
Automotive industry: Various heat‑resistant and high‑strength structural components for automotive applications.
Industrial field: Mechanical parts requiring high strength and creep resistance for diverse industrial applications.

Injection Molding Parameters
| Processing Item | Recommended Range / Condition | Notes & Explanations |
|---|---|---|
| Drying Treatment | Hot‑air drying at 85 ℃; vacuum‑dry at 105 ℃ for 12 h when moisture>0.2%. | Critical operation. Control moisture content ≤0.2% to avoid hydrolysis‑induced bubbles, silver streaks and mechanical‑property deterioration. Use immediately after drying or seal and keep warm properly. |
| Melt Temperature | 275‑280 ℃ for glass‑fiber reinforced grade. | Adjust according to equipment and products. Avoid temperature>300 ℃ or long residence‑time to prevent material degradation. |
| Mold Temperature | Recommended 80 ℃. Thin‑wall parts molded below 40 ℃ require annealing for geometric stability due to time‑dependent crystallinity change. | Mold temperature affects crystallinity and final performance stability; higher mold temperature delivers better crystallinity. |
| Injection Pressure | 750‑1250 bar, subject to material and product design. | Glass‑fiber reinforced grade has poorer flowability; appropriately increase injection pressure if needed. |
| Injection Speed | High speed (moderately lower for reinforced materials). | High‑speed filling facilitates mold‑filling; excessive speed may cause uneven glass‑fiber orientation and poor venting. |
| Runner & Gate | Gate bore ≥0.5*t (t = part wall thickness). Smaller gate size for hot runner vs conventional runner. Minimum diameter for submarine gate:0.75 mm. | Short solidification time of PA66, gate location & dimension are critical for filling. |
| Molding Shrinkage | Flow direction:0.20‑0.50%; Transverse direction:1.0‑1.1% (wall‑thickness dependent). | Obvious anisotropy, special attention required in mold design. |
