Material Introduction: PA66 BASF A3EG3 (Germany BASF) is a reliable‑performance 15% glass‑fiber‑reinforced PA66 engineering plastic. It features good rigidity, dimensional stability, heat resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance, together with excellent electrical‑insulation performance and HB‑grade flame retardancy. Its inherent water‑absorption property will affect dimensional stability and partial performances (large performance difference between dry and conditioned state); strict drying is mandatory before processing.
