Material Introduction: PA11 Wuxi Yinda 11 is a long‑carbon‑chain polyamide. With its unique set of properties, it is applied in multiple high‑demanding industrial fields.
Main Applications
Automotive industry: One of the most important application fields for PA11. Mainly used for automotive fuel hoses, brake hoses, high‑pressure hoses (e.g. clutch hydraulic hoses), vacuum hoses. Its oil resistance, flexibility, fatigue‑crack resistance and favorable sealing performance are fully demonstrated in these applications.
Mechanical & hydraulic systems: Hoses and wear‑resistant parts for hydraulic transmission systems, capable of bearing certain pressure with good mechanical performance.
Cable sheaths: Protective materials for submarine optical‑fiber and power cables, as well as wire‑and‑cable jackets requiring excellent arc‑resistance and electrolytic‑corrosion resistance.
Military equipment: Gun stocks, grips, trigger guards, parachute covers and other components. It withstands harsh environments including humidity, drought, severe cold, high temperature, dust, seawater and salt‑laden air.
Fluid‑transport pipelines: Buried gas pipelines featured by light weight, easy handling and direct‑bondable joints.
Others: PA11 powder for fabric coating, casings (non‑toxic, high strength, wear‑resistant, low gas permeability), films and other products.
