Material Introduction: PP Ningbo Jinfa KF‑Z30S is high‑MFR fiber‑grade homopolymer polypropylene material, mainly applied for high‑speed spinning and related fields.

Main Applications

Man‑made fiber & spinning: traditional and primary application for high‑speed spinning low‑denier man‑made fibers. Its favorable flowability and strength are well‑suited for such applications.

Injection‑molded products: This grade covers injection‑molding processing, yet it is optimized and positioned for spinning and fiber production. It may not be the optimal choice for injection‑molding, especially for complex or thin‑wall articles.

Mold Temperature 20‑70℃ Recommended:40‑60℃. Higher mold temperature improves surface gloss and dimensional stability; lower mold temperature shortens cycle time.
Injection Pressure 80‑140 MPa Adjust per flow‑path and product structure. Reduce injection pressure appropriately due to high flowability to prevent flash. Up to 180 MPa for thin‑wall packaging containers.
Injection Speed Medium‑high speed High injection speed can take advantage of high flowability, watch out for gas marks and weld‑lines and adjust accordingly. High‑speed injection with accumulator is required for thin‑wall packaging containers.
Holding Pressure 30%‑60% of injection pressure Sufficient holding pressure reduces shrinkage and sink marks. Avoid excessive holding time to prevent high internal stress, approx. 30% of total cycle time.
