Injection‑Molding Process Parameters

Injection pressure 68.6‑137.2 MPa, max up to 1800 bar Increase pressure for thin‑wall or complex‑structure parts.
Injection speed High‑speed injection minimizes internal pressure; adopt low‑speed injection under higher melt temperature when surface defects occur.
Runner & gate Cold‑runner diameter:4‑7 mm. All gate types are applicable; typical gate diameter 1‑1.5 mm. For edge gate: minimum depth ≥ 1/2 wall‑thickness, minimum width ≥ 2× wall‑thickness. Hot‑runner system is fully compatible for PP.
