Injection‑Molding Process Parameters
‑Melting temperature:200‑270℃ ‑Mold temperature:40‑80℃. Higher mold temperature improves surface gloss and dimensional stability. ‑Injection pressure:700‑1000 bar, adjust according to product structure and wall‑thickness. ‑Injection speed:medium‑high speed recommended, avoid excessive shear which may cause material degradation. ‑Runner & gate: all conventional gate types are applicable; gate thickness shall not be less than half of product wall‑thickness.
