Injection‑Molding & Extrusion Process Parameters
‑Processing method: extrusion(mainly for pipes) or injection‑molding(for pipe fittings and other articles). ‑Barrel temperature: recommended 180~220℃. ‑Mold temperature: 40‑80℃. ‑Injection pressure: 700‑1000 bar, adjust according to product structure and wall‑thickness. ‑Injection speed: medium‑high speed is recommended. ‑Drying treatment: drying is generally unnecessary. If moisture absorption occurs due to improper storage, dry at 80℃ for 1‑2 h.
