Injection‑Molding Process Parameters
- Barrel temperature: recommended range 160~300℃ (from feed zone to nozzle), melt temperature generally 220~280℃. (General LDPE reference, consult supplier for exact setting for G812)
- Mold temperature: 20‑50°C. Adjust according to product structure & requirements; low mold temperature shortens cycle time.
- Injection pressure: low‑to‑medium pressure due to superior flowability; adjust according to part geometry, wall thickness and mold design.
- Injection speed: medium‑high speed, realize fast filling and good surface gloss.
- Back pressure: 5‑10 bar for melt homogenization, avoid excessive value.
- Screw speed: moderate rotation speed, prevent material degradation caused by over‑shearing.
- Drying treatment: pre‑drying normally unnecessary. Dry at 60‑70°C for 1‑2 h under humid storage condition.
