Injection‑Molding Process Parameters

| Barrel Temperature | 160‑250 °C | Temperature rises from rear zone to front zone. Reference setting: rear 160‑170 ℃, middle 180‑200 ℃, front 200‑220 ℃. Start debugging from relatively low temperature for this high‑flow grade. |
