LDPE Daqing Petrochemical 2426H
LDPE Daqing Petrochemical 2426H Resin
Material Introduction: LDPE Daqing Petrochemical 2426H is low‑density polyethylene renowned for good film‑forming property, excellent softness and transparency, mainly applied for blown‑film production.
Main Applications
Agricultural films: greenhouse film.
Packaging films: transparent packaging films, plastic bags.
Other applications: although designed for blown‑film process, it can also be used for injection‑molded articles, medical devices, food & pharmaceutical packaging materials and blow‑molded hollow products as general‑purpose LDPE.
Performance Parameters
| Performance Category | Test Item | Test Method / Condition | Test Data / Unit | Remarks & Interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Properties | Density | GB/T 1033 (23℃) | 0.923‑0.924 g/cm³ | Typical LDPE density range with low weight. |
| Melt Flow Rate (MFR) | GB/T 3682 (190°C/2.16kg) | 2.0‑2.1 g/10min | Good melt strength, well‑suited for blown‑film forming. | |
| Mechanical Properties | Tensile Strength | GB/T 1040 | ≥11.8 MPa | Prevent film rupture during production, transportation and service. |
| Elongation at Break | GB/T 1040 | ≥386 % | Excellent toughness and ductility for large‑deformation resistance. | |
| Optical Properties | Haze | GB/T 2410 | ≤9 % | Low‑haze feature delivers high transparency for commodity display of transparent packaging. |
| Film Appearance | Fish‑eye (0.3‑2mm) | GB 11115 | ≤6 pcs/1200cm² | Film quality indicator; lower value represents better uniformity. |
| Streaks (≥1cm) | GB 11115 | ≤0 cm/20m³ | Lower value means better film uniformity. | |
| Other Properties | Cleanliness | GB 11115 | ≤30 points/kg | High‑purity raw material, reduce impurity interference on film performance. |
| Anti‑blocking Property | ‑ | Easy‑opening | Contains proper anti‑block agent for convenient film opening during packaging operation. |
Injection‑Molding Process Parameters
| Process Parameters | Recommended Range | Remarks |
|---|---|---|
| Barrel Temperature | 160‑210 °C | Temperature rises from rear zone to front zone. LDPE melt is prone to thermo‑oxidative degradation upon oxygen exposure. |
| Nozzle Temperature | 180‑200 °C | ‑ |
| Mold Temperature | 30‑50 °C | ‑ |
| Injection Pressure | Medium‑high pressure | Relatively poor flowability vs injection‑special grades, moderate pressure increase is required. |
| Injection Speed | Medium speed | ‑ |
| Back Pressure | 0.5‑1.0 MPa | Excessive back pressure is unnecessary. |
| Screw Speed | 50‑100 rpm | Avoid excessive shear heat accumulation. |
Blown‑Film Processing
| Process Item | Recommended Range |
|---|---|
| Processing Temperature | 170‑190 ℃ |
| Blow‑up Ratio | Approx. 3.0 |
