LDPE Shenhua Yulin 2426H

LDPE Shenhua Yulin 2426H Resin

Material Introduction: LDPE Shenhua Yulin 2426H is low‑density polyethylene featured with high transparency and low haze. Slip agent and anti‑blocking agent are added inside, making it ideal for films requiring good opening and slippery property. Thanks to excellent film‑forming performance, softness and transparency, it is mainly used for blown‑film production.

Main Applications

Agricultural films: greenhouse film, mulch film.

Packaging films: packaging film, shopping bag, liner packaging, shrink film, logistics bag and cryogenic packaging film.

Other applications: although designed for blown‑film process, it can also be applied for injection‑molded articles, medical devices, food & pharmaceutical packaging materials and blow‑molded hollow products as general‑purpose LDPE.

Performance Parameters

Performance Category Test Item Test Method / Condition Test Data / Unit Remarks & Interpretation
Basic Properties Density GB/T 1033.2 0.925 g/cm³ Typical LDPE density range with low weight.
  Melt Flow Rate (MFR) GB/T 3682 (190°C/2.16kg) 2.16 g/10min Good melt strength, well‑suited for blown‑film forming.
Mechanical Properties Tensile Breaking Stress GB/T 1040.2 ≥10.6 MPa Prevent film rupture during production, transportation and application.
Elongation at Break GB/T 1040.2 ≥106 % Moderate ductility performance.
Optical Properties Haze GB/T 2410 5.7 % Low‑haze for high transparency, meets display requirement of transparent packaging.
Film Appearance Fish‑eye (0.8mm) GB 11115 ≤0 pcs/1520cm² Film quality indicator; lower value represents better uniformity.
Fish‑eye (0.4mm) GB 11115 ≤1 pcs/1520cm² Film quality indicator; lower value represents better uniformity.
Other Properties Pellet Appearance (Colored Particles) SH/T 1541 ≤10 pcs/kg Good raw‑material cleanliness.

Injection‑Molding Process Parameters

Process Parameters Recommended Range Remarks
Barrel Temperature 160‑210 °C Temperature rises from rear zone to front zone. LDPE melt is prone to thermo‑oxidative degradation upon oxygen exposure.
Nozzle Temperature 180‑200 °C
Mold Temperature 20‑60 °C
Injection Pressure Medium‑high pressure Relatively poor flowability vs injection‑special grade; suggested 80‑140 MPa(800‑1400 bar).
Injection Speed Medium speed Higher speed is required for thin‑wall packaging containers; medium speed for other articles.
Back Pressure 5‑20 MPa Promotes melt homogenization; insufficient back pressure causes unstable part weight and color dispersion.
Screw Speed Moderate speed High rotation speed is acceptable, ensure full plasticization before cooling cycle ends.
Drying Treatment Normally not required Dry at 80 ℃ for 1 h under poor storage condition.
