LLDPE Zhenhai Refining & Chemical DFDA‑7042 Resin

Material Introduction: LLDPE Zhenhai Refining & Chemical DFDA‑7042 is widely‑used linear low‑density polyethylene. The finished articles are non‑toxic and tasteless. It delivers good environmental‑stress‑crack‑resistance, impact resistance and tear resistance, with excellent resistance to acid, alkali and organic solvents. Favored in film manufacturing for balanced mechanical properties, outstanding ESCR and relatively high transparency.

Main Applications

Packaging films: industrial packaging film, heavy‑duty bags, frozen‑food packaging bags, shrink film, ultra‑thin packaging bags, garbage bags, textile packaging bags, PE blown‑film for liquid packaging and multi‑layer composite films.

Agricultural films: agricultural film, mulch film, greenhouse film.

Other applications: injection‑molded parts, pipes, rotomolded containers, coating for paper & fabric, corrugated sheets.

Blown‑Film Processing

For mainstream film extrusion blow‑molding, temperature, pressure and other parameters shall be optimized according to equipment, product thickness and performance requirements. General processing temperature range for LLDPE: 150‑210 ℃.

Reference process for anti‑drip greenhouse film with DFDA‑7042: ‑ Barrel temperature: 130‑150 ℃ / 160‑180 ℃ (zone‑by‑zone heating) ‑ Die head temperature: 160‑170 ℃ ‑ Blow‑up ratio: 2‑4 ‑ Screw speed: 30‑50 r/min ‑ Extruder screw diameter: φ65 mm ‑ Screw L/D ratio: 28 ‑ Compression ratio: 3.5
