Material Introduction: LLDPE SECCO LL0220KJ is a well‑balanced linear low‑density polyethylene, especially suitable for manufacturing various film products.

Blown‑Film Processing
For mainstream blown‑film extrusion, temperature, pressure and other parameters shall be optimized according to equipment, film thickness and performance requirements.
‑ Processing Temperature: Typical LLDPE blown‑film temperature range 150‑210 ℃; fine‑tune for specific equipment, die and product requirements. ‑ Screw Design: LLDPE features low shear sensitivity and maintains higher viscosity under shear, slightly harder to process than LDPE with identical MFR. ‑ Bubble Stability: LLDPE bubble stability is inferior to LDPE. Dual‑lip air ring is recommended to improve cooling and bubble stability. ‑ Blending for better processability: Many film producers blend LLDPE with LDPE (e.g. 50 % each) to optimize processability and raise output capacity.
General LLDPE Blown‑Film Precautions
‑ Extrusion Temperature: Select proper extrusion temperature and ensure uniform die‑head temperature. Excessively high temperature causes resin degradation and brittle film; insufficient temperature results in poor plasticization, poor gloss & transparency and unmelted crystal nuclei (fish‑eyes). ‑ Blow‑up Ratio: Key control parameter, ratio of bubble diameter to annular die diameter. Higher blow‑up ratio improves transverse strength, yet excessive value leads to bubble instability and film wrinkles. ‑ Draw Ratio: Ratio of take‑up speed to annular extrudate speed. Higher draw ratio enhances longitudinal tensile strength, yet excessive value brings difficulty for thickness control. ‑ Cooling: Sufficient cooling is required; well‑performed die cooling system is necessary.
