Main Applications

Injection‑Molding Process Parameters

Drying Treatment Normally not required LLDPE features extremely low moisture absorption (<0.01%). No drying needed under good storage. Dry at 60‑70 °C for 1‑2 hours as precaution if package damaged or under high‑humidity environment.
Melt Temperature 170‑190 °C Specific recommended range; general LLDPE window 160‑220 °C is also available. Start from lower temperature to avoid thermal degradation for this high‑flow grade.
Mold Temperature 30‑60 °C Mold temperature greatly affects crystallization state. Higher mold temperature brings higher crystallinity and strength, yet may increase shrinkage rate.
Injection Pressure Medium pressure Medium‑to‑low pressure is allowed due to high flowability. Excessive pressure causes flash; fine‑tune according to product structure and dimension.
