Material Introduction: PVC Ningbo Hanwha HG‑1000F is a polyvinyl chloride resin specially designed for soft‑grade products. It features outstanding plasticizer‑absorbing capacity, favorable whiteness stability and low volatile‑matter content. It is highly suitable for products with high requirements for flexibility and uniformity.

Main Applications

Films and leather products: agricultural films, artificial leather, etc. Excellent plasticizer absorption ensures uniform film texture with good flexibility and durability.

Wire and cable coating: used as insulation and sheath materials for wires and cables. Good electrical insulation performance and processing flowability make it fit for this application.

Soft pipes and hoses: various tubular products requiring certain flexibility.

Other soft‑grade applications: table mats, soft sheets and other articles demanding good flexibility and surface quality.
