PVC Dezhou Shihua SG‑5
PVC Dezhou Shihua SG‑5
Material Introduction: PVC Dezhou Shihua SG‑5 is a widely‑used general‑purpose polyvinyl chloride resin produced by suspension‑polymerization, normally in white‑powder form. Thanks to balanced processability, favorable physical‑mechanical performance of finished products and excellent chemical stability, it is widely used for both rigid and flexible articles.
Main Applications
Rigid products: rigid pipes (building pipes, agricultural irrigation pipes), special‑shaped profiles (door‑window profiles), boards, sheets, injection‑molded pipe fittings, etc.
Soft products: insulation layers and sheaths for wires and cables, artificial leather, films, etc.
Transparent products: transparent soft compounds can be produced by adding appropriate plasticizer (approx.120 PHR) and properly controlling processing temperature and duration.
Other fields: packaging materials, daily‑consumer goods, etc.
