Injection Molding Parameters

Drying Treatment Normally unnecessary; dry at 70‑80°C for 2‑3 hours under improper storage conditions HIPS has low water absorption (~0.05 %); drying is generally not required. Drying is recommended under high‑humidity environment or improper storage.
Barrel Temperature 190‑240°C Relatively higher injection and molding temperatures are preferred due to rubber‑modified composition.
