Injection Molding Processing Parameters
| Processing Stage | Parameter Item | Suggested Range / Operation Notes | Unit / Remarks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pre‑drying | Drying Temperature | 100‑120 (for general‑purpose PC) | °C |
| Drying Time | More than 4‑6 hours (extend as required) | h | |
| Allowable Moisture Content | < 0.02% | Critical requirement | |
| Injection Temperature | Rear Barrel Temperature | 240‑280 | °C (adjust according to equipment and product structure) |
| Middle Barrel Temperature | 270‑300 | °C | |
| Front Barrel Temperature | 270‑300 | °C | |
| Nozzle Temperature | 270‑300 | °C | |
| Melt Temperature | 270‑320 (do not exceed 320°C) | °C (actual processing temperature shall be confirmed by air‑shot test) | |
