Material Introduction: PC Shanghai‑Mitsubishi S3001R is a food‑grade, high‑flow and high‑transparency polycarbonate resin manufactured by Mitsubishi Engineering‑Plastics Corporation, Japan. It delivers good mechanical strength, heat resistance and electrical insulation performance, and has obtained FDA food‑contact certification.
Main Applications
- Food‑Contact Articles: Thanks to its FDA food‑grade certification, it is widely used for baby bottles, tableware, drinking‑water buckets, food containers and other products.
- Electronics & Electrical: Switches, home‑appliance housings, signal tubes, telephone housings, telephone exchangers, signal relays, insulating connectors, coil bobbins, etc.
- Automotive Industry: Automotive components such as bumpers, distributors and safety glazing.
- Optical Lighting: Large‑size lamp shades, protective glazing, left‑and‑right objective lens barrels for optical instruments.
- Mechanical Equipment: Gears, racks, worm gears, worm shafts, bearings, cams, bolts, levers, crankshafts, ratchets, as well as equipment housings, covers and frames.
