Material Introduction: PC Chi Mei (Taiwan) PC‑115 is a low‑viscosity, high‑flow, transparent polycarbonate grade. Manufactured by non‑phosgene melt transesterification process, it meets FDA and UL certification requirements. It possesses favorable heat resistance, excellent electrical insulation and good mechanical strength, and is mainly designed for injection molding.

Main Applications

  1. Stationery & Office Supplies: Pen tubes, pen barrels and other articles.
  2. Toys & Consumer Goods: Transparent products such as toys, tableware, baby bottles and models.
  3. Electronic & Electrical Components: Capacitor housings, telephone housings and parts, switches, home‑appliance housings, signal tubes, etc.
  4. Medical‑Device Packaging: Medical‑grade variant PC‑115P can be used for medical cups, tubes, bottles, dental instruments and drug containers, suitable for radiation‑sterilized medical packaging and devices. (Note: Comply with relevant medical regulations and certification requirements.)
  5. Lighting Equipment: Large lamp shades, protective glazing.
  6. Industrial Parts: Safety helmets, diving goggles, safety lenses, camera bodies, machinery housings and other components.
