Material Introduction: PC Chi Mei (Taiwan) PC‑122 is a high‑flow, flame‑retardant, transparent polycarbonate grade. It delivers high flowability, favorable heat resistance, good mechanical strength, excellent optical performance and electrical insulation.

Main Applications

  1. Electronic & Electrical Components: Ultra‑thin mobile phone housings, notebook‑computer interfaces, USB connectors, smart‑home controllers, LED lamp bases, relay housings, capacitor housings, coil bobbins, insulating connectors, telephone housings and parts, switches, etc.
  2. Automotive Parts: Automotive sensor housings, wire‑harness connectors, fuse‑box assemblies and other components.
  3. Food‑Contact Articles: Supported by FDA certification, widely used for water‑holding containers, food containers, bottles and similar products.
  4. Consumer & Industrial Goods: Thin‑wall and complex transparent molded articles such as pen barrels, stationery, toys, tableware, baby bottles and models.
  5. Mechanical Equipment: Gears, racks, worm gears, bearings, cams, bolts, as well as shields, covers and frames for mechanical components.
  6. Optical Lighting: Large lamp shades, protective glazing.
