Injection‑Molding Parameters

Process Item Recommendation Notes
Predrying Drying temperature ≤93 ℃ Desiccant dryer required; prevent silver‑streaks & bubbles
  Drying time 2.0‑4.0 h Target moisture<0.1 %
Injection Melt temperature 220‑260 ℃ Avoid high temperature & long residence time to prevent degradation
Mold temperature 60‑90 ℃ Higher mold temp improves gloss & reduces internal stress
Injection pressure Adjust by product & mold Ensure full filling & good appearance
Injection speed Medium Excess speed causes surface defects & internal stress
