PBT Sanfangxiang G20 is a 20 % glass‑fiber‑reinforced, UL94 V‑0 flame‑retardant engineering plastic. Widely used for its good mechanical strength, dimensional stability, heat resistance, electrical insulation and flame retardancy.
Main Applications
Electrical & Electronics (core application): computer connectors, coil bobbins, capacitor housings, relays, switches, thermostat components, transformer bobbins, electronic connectors.
Automotive industry: automotive component manufacturing. This grade is widely used in electronics & electrical, automotive, communication, home‑appliance and transportation fields.
Household appliances: home‑appliance parts, lighting components such as energy‑saving lamp bases.
