Pre‑drying Process (Moisture ≤30 ppm)

Parameter Setting Range Key Control Points
Drying Temperature 170‑180℃ Dew point ≤‑50℃; dehumidifying dryer is mandatory
Drying Time 5‑6 h Add 0.5 h under humid condition RH>60%
Hopper holding temp. 120‑130℃ Prevent secondary moisture absorption

Injection Molding Parameters

Equipment Section Temperature Range(℃) Screw Design Suggestion
Feed zone (C1) 260‑270 Barrier‑type screw; L/D≥25:1
Plasticizing zone (C2‑C3) 275‑290 Compression ratio 2.8:1‑3.2:1
Metering zone (C4) 285‑295 Strictly avoid>300℃ for degradation risk
Hot runner 280‑290 Runner surface polishing Ra≤0.1 μm
Back pressure 5‑12 MPa Excessive back‑pressure raises melt temp by 5‑8℃

Blow‑molding Parameters

Process Step Parameter Range Optimization Target
Pre‑blow pressure 8‑12 bar Primary forming to avoid uneven wall‑thickness
Final‑blow pressure 38‑45 bar ≥40 bar for high‑heat‑resistant bottles
Mold cooling water temp. 7‑10℃ Gradient control: neck 15℃ / bottle body 8℃
Cycle time 14‑18 s Cooling accounts for 60% of total cycle
