PC/ABS SABIC CX7240 is a well‑balanced halogen‑free flame‑retardant alloy material. It combines the mechanical strength and heat resistance of polycarbonate (PC) with excellent processing flowability of ABS.

Main Applications

New‑energy‑vehicle electronics (high‑temperature safety scenarios): BMS housings, high‑voltage connector housings, control‑module enclosures, OBC housings, charging‑pile interface covers, DC‑DC converter housings, ADAS sensor brackets, millimeter‑wave radar supports, camera bases.

High‑end consumer electronics (ultra‑thin high‑reliability structures): ultra‑thin notebook structural parts, base‑station RF unit housings, industrial tablets, explosion‑proof device touch‑screen backplates.
