PPS Polyplastics 1140A64 is a 40% glass‑fiber‑reinforced polyphenylene sulfide engineering plastic. It performs excellently in demanding industrial fields with high‑temperature resistance, high rigidity, outstanding flame retardancy and dimensional stability. Its low‑flash property makes it very suitable for manufacturing high‑precision and complex‑structured parts.

Main Applications

Automotive components: water pumps, sensor housings.

Electrical‑Electronic Industry: connectors, coil bobbins.

Mechanical & chemical parts: pump bodies, valves, gears.
