Processing Parameters

| Drying Treatment | Thorough drying is mandatory! Recommended drying at 110℃ for ≥4 hours to keep moisture content below 0.1%. It is the prerequisite for successful molding to prevent bubbles and silver streaks in finished parts. |
| Extrusion | Barrel temperature: 240‑260℃ is recommended. |
| Injection Molding | ‑ Processing temperature: Typical TPEE processing range: 180‑230℃. In view of its high MFR (24 g/10min), start trial from the middle‑upper section of this temperature range. ‑ Injection pressure: 80‑120 MPa. ‑ Injection speed: Slow‑to‑medium injection speed is preferred. ‑ Mold temperature: General recommended mold temperature for TPEE: 4‑65℃. |
