Processing Parameters

Processing Step Key Parameters & Instructions
Drying Treatment Thorough drying is mandatory! Recommended drying at 110℃ for ≥4 hours to keep moisture content below 0.1%. It is the prerequisite for successful molding to prevent bubbles and silver streaks in finished parts.
Extrusion Barrel temperature: 240‑260℃ is recommended.
Injection Molding ‑ Processing temperature: Typical TPEE processing range: 180‑230℃. In view of its high MFR (24 g/10min), start trial from the middle‑upper section of this temperature range.
‑ Injection pressure: 80‑120 MPa.
‑ Injection speed: Slow‑to‑medium injection speed is preferred.
‑ Mold temperature: General recommended mold temperature for TPEE: 4‑65℃.
Screw Selection ‑ Compression ratio: (3.0‑3.5):1 for injection molding; (2.5‑4):1 for extrusion.
‑ L/D ratio: (15‑20):1 for injection molding; ≥24:1 for extrusion.
