Processing Methods
Suitable for multiple processing methods including injection molding and extrusion, and easy to blend with other resins.
Blending Modification: When used for impact modification of PP and PE, POE 8200 eliminates complicated granulation or pre‑mixing procedures compared with conventional EPDM, and delivers better mixing and dispersion performance.
Injection Molding: Its high flowability helps improve filler dispersion and enhance weld‑line strength of finished parts.
Cross‑linking: Peroxides, silanes or irradiation can be adopted for effective cross‑linking to improve heat‑aging resistance and compression set.
