General‑purpose black color powder for plastics is mainly composed of pigment carbon black, featuring extremely high blackness and hiding power, with much lower cost than black color masterbatch. Compatible with PE, PP, ABS, PS and many other plastics, it is flexible for small‑batch production. Attention shall be paid to dust pollution and dispersion uniformity during application.
Main Applications
Injection‑molded Products: Home‑appliance housings, auto parts and daily‑use goods. Fast black coloring with reduced raw‑material cost. Blown‑film Products: Garbage bags, shopping bags etc., providing basic hiding power. Extruded Products: Pipes, sheets and flat yarn for woven bags, ensuring uniform and consistent color.
