Customized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Color Powder
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) color powder is a powdery colorant with good migration resistance and thermal stability at 180‑220 ℃. It shows good compatibility with PVC and plasticizers, and delivers high tinting strength at lower cost compared with color masterbatches. Attention shall be paid to dust pollution and dispersion uniformity, and stabilizers are required during application.
Main Applications
Wires & Cables: PVC insulation and sheath layers. Different colors distinguish neutral, live and ground wires to meet safety standards. Soft‑goods Products: PVC films, hoses, toys, shoe materials and artificial leather. Bright colors with good softness and low migration & precipitation tendency. Pipes & Profiles: PVC drain pipes, conduit pipes and door‑window profiles. For color coding and matching architectural decoration styles.
