Flame‑retardant masterbatch contains halogen‑based, phosphorus‑based or inorganic flame retardants. It suppresses plastic combustion and retards flame spread. It enables products to reach UL94 V‑0 or V‑2 flame‑retardant rating, featuring good dispersion and thermal stability with limited negative impact on mechanical properties.
