Customized Foaming‑Agent Masterbatch
Plastic foaming additive promotes uniform nucleation of foaming gas and adjusts melt viscoelasticity to form fine and uniform closed‑cell or open‑cell structure. It can lower the decomposition temperature of foaming agents, increase foaming ratio and improve surface quality of finished products. Small dosage can effectively control cell size and reduce skin‑merging and collapse defects.
Main Applications
Extruded Foamed Boards: PVC, PS, PE wood‑plastic foamed boards and advertising boards. Produces uniform cells, reduces weight while maintaining good surface flatness. Injection‑Molded Foamed Products: Automotive interior parts, logistics pallets and shoe soles. Realizes lightweighting, reduces shrinkage and warpage, and shortens molding cycle. Buffering‑Packaging Materials: PP/PE foamed sheets and EPE foam. Improves cell fineness, resilience and cushioning‑protection performance.
