Polymer processing‑aid masterbatch takes fluoropolymer as core component. Low addition level can remarkably improve melt fluidity, eliminate die build‑up and reduce extrusion pressure. It effectively suppresses melt fracture such as shark‑skin defects on film surface, enhances surface smoothness, reduces screw‑cleaning frequency and boosts production efficiency.
Main Applications
Blown Films: Production of LLDPE, HDPE films. Eliminates melt fracture and gel specks, improves film transparency and surface finish, extends filter‑screen service life. Cast Films & Sheets: CPP, BOPP and sheet extrusion. Reduces die build‑up, improves thickness uniformity and adapts to high‑speed production lines. Pipes & Cables: Extrusion of PE/PP pipes and cable sheaths. Lowers extrusion pressure, removes shark‑skin defects and upgrades surface appearance.

Usage Instructions
Thoroughly clean equipment before first use. Run compound containing 10% GL‑Z1108Z base material for 20 min, then adjust to normal dosage 0.5%‑1%. For equipment with long‑term continuous usage of this masterbatch, directly start production at normal dosage.
Product Functions
- Eliminate melt fracture, reduce gel specks, improve surface smoothness and gloss.
- Mitigate or eliminate die deposits, extend continuous production duration. Raise LLDPE proportion in formula; even 100% LLDPE blown‑film production is achievable for cost reduction.
- Increase output under constant back‑pressure; shorten color‑switching time.
Shelf‑life
3 years, store at ≤35℃, keep away from light and moisture.
