Customized Matting (Matte‑Effect) Masterbatch
Matting masterbatch is a functional plastic additive. Its core function is to lower surface gloss of plastic articles and deliver soft matte, fog‑surface or frosted texture. It forms micro‑uneven micro‑roughness on product surface to induce diffuse reflection of incident light, so as to reduce glaring specular reflection.
Main Applications
Automotive & Electronics (Injection Molding): Automotive interior parts including instrument panels and door panels; electronic‑appliance housings for laptops and mobile phones. Packaging & Films (Blow‑molding, Casting, Calendering): Matting films, frosted PVC films and packaging bags. Textile & Chemical Fiber (Spinning & Drawing Process): Polypropylene fiber, chemical fiber and extruded filament products. Plastic Sheets & Boards (Extrusion): Sheets and boards; also applicable for wire‑cable and fiber‑drawing applications.
