This general‑purpose black masterbatch uses carbon black as colorant with universal carrier resin. It delivers good dispersion and broad substrate compatibility, suitable for PE, PP, PS, ABS and other plastics. Typical addition dosage is 1%‑4%. It provides basic black coloring and hiding effect to meet general appearance and weather‑resistance requirements with cost‑effective performance.
Main Applications
Injection‑Molded Daily‑use Articles: Trash cans, clothes hangers, plastic stools and toys. Realizes black coloring, covers surface defects and reduces raw‑material cost. Blown‑Film Products: Garbage bags, shopping bags and industrial packaging films. Offers basic hiding power and anti‑aging performance for ordinary service scenarios. Extruded Pipes & Fiber‑Drawing: PE/PP water supply‑drainage pipes, woven‑bag flat yarn and wire sheaths. Ensures uniform color to satisfy conventional engineering specifications.
