Polyethylene (PE) color masterbatch is specially designed for PE resin. It delivers favorable dispersion and tinting strength with good compatibility with PE matrix. It features moderate heat resistance and provides uniform and vivid color for finished articles. Different carriers (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE) are optional to match various processing technologies.
Main Applications
Blown‑film Products: Garbage bags, T‑shirt bags, food‑packaging films and agricultural mulch films. Realizes color differentiation and brand identification with uniform coloring without sacrificing film mechanical properties. Injection‑molded Articles: Plastic buckets, pallets, toys and daily‑use goods. Bright and long‑lasting color meets appearance‑design requirements. Pipes & Fiber‑drawing: PE pipes, wire‑and‑cable sheaths and flat yarn for woven bags. Achieves functional color marking with high color fastness and anti‑fading performance.
