Plastic slip agent masterbatch enables additives to migrate to plastic surface and form lubricating layer. It greatly reduces friction coefficient of films or finished parts, improves hand‑feel and opening performance. Effective dosage ranges from 0.5%‑2% with minor influence on transparency.
Main Applications
Blown‑film Products: PE cling films, packaging bags and garbage bags. Reduces surface tackiness, improves opening property and slip performance, prevents film roll blocking and boosts packaging efficiency. Injection‑molded Articles: Bottle caps, sealing parts and daily‑use plastic components. Optimizes surface haptics and demolding performance, minimizes scratch caused by mutual friction between molded parts. Extruded Products: Pipes, profiles and sheets. Lowers surface friction resistance for easier conveying, cutting and stacking in post‑processing, and enhances production‑line smoothness.
