PE Filler Masterbatch
Polyethylene (PE) filler masterbatch uses calcium carbonate, talcum powder or barium sulfate as fillers. Surface‑activation treatment delivers good compatibility with PE resin. At addition ratio of 10%‑40%, it greatly reduces material cost and improves rigidity, heat resistance and dimensional stability. Suitable for film‑blowing, injection molding, fiber drawing and blow‑molding.
Main Applications
Blown‑film Products: Garbage bags, T‑shirt bags, industrial packaging films and mulch films. Improves film stiffness and opening performance while cutting cost; dosage shall be controlled to preserve mechanical properties of films. Injection‑molded Articles: Plastic buckets, pallets, tables & chairs, toys and flower pots. Enhances rigidity and dimensional stability, reduces cooling shrinkage and warpage. Fiber‑drawing Products: Flat yarn for woven bags, bulk bags and sun‑shade nets. Boosts hardness and shaping performance of flat yarn and lowers raw‑material cost. Hollow‑molded Products: Plastic bottles, oil drums and chemical containers. Improves container rigidity and compressive strength, optimizes wall‑thickness uniformity. Pipes & Sheets: Corrugated pipes, wound pipes and waterproof membranes. Increases ring stiffness of pipes and reduces production cost.
