PS Filler Masterbatch
Polystyrene (PS) filler masterbatch uses talcum powder and calcium carbonate as fillers. Surface‑activation treatment enhances compatibility with PS resin. At addition ratio of 10%‑30%, it reduces raw‑material cost, improves rigidity, heat resistance and dimensional stability while maintaining good surface gloss. Suitable for injection molding and extrusion processes.
