At loading of 10%‑30%, it effectively reduces raw‑material cost, and enhances rigidity, dimensional stability and insulating performance of finished products.
Main Applications
Pipes & Profiles: PVC electrical conduits, drain pipes and window‑door profiles. Improves rigidity and dimensional stability, reduces shrinkage and warpage. Drip‑irrigation tapes & Films: Agricultural drip‑irrigation tapes and packaging films. Eco‑friendly grades promote uniform plasticization and better flowability for extrusion and blow‑molding. Cable Compounds: Insulation layers for PVC cables. Increases volume resistivity and thermal‑oxidative aging resistance, optimizes extrusion and pay‑off performance. Injection‑molded Articles: Pipe fittings and connectors. Reduces cost while maintaining mechanical properties; dosage shall be controlled to avoid loss of toughness.
