Cabot Full‑range Black Masterbatch
Cabot full‑range black masterbatch covers three major categories: general‑purpose grade, circular‑sustainable grade and biodegradable grade. General‑purpose grades feature high jetness, high gloss and excellent dispersibility, suitable for a wide range of engineering plastics. The circular REPLASBLAK® series adopts ISCC‑PLUS‑certified recycled feedstock with recycled content up to 100%. The BIOPLASBLAK® series uses PBAT as carrier resin, specially developed for biodegradable applications.
Main Applications
Automotive Industry: Interior parts, exterior trims and engine‑compartment components. REPLASBLAK® circular series meets sustainability requirements. Electrical & Electronic: TV housings, monitor bezels, switch panels. Grades such as PE2718 are designed for injection molding of ABS, PC, PS substrates. Agricultural Mulch Films: BIOPLASBLAK® biodegradable series is tailored for mulch‑film applications, delivering high jetness, good dispersion and full biodegradability. Packaging & Construction: Pipes, sheets, films and building profiles with excellent hiding power and weather resistance.
