Anhui BBCA Biotech FY201

FY201 is an injection‑molding‑grade biodegradable PLA resin. It is derived from starch‑based biomass such as corn and potatoes, or straw cellulose. It can be fully degraded into carbon dioxide and water under industrial composting conditions. The product is eco‑friendly and non‑toxic. No petroleum‑based plasticizers are added during production for human‑body safety. It also features good biocompatibility, moderate flame retardancy and UV resistance.

Main Applications

Food‑contact articles: Tableware, cup lids, bottle preforms, mineral‑water bottles, etc. Daily‑consumer goods: Injection‑molded household articles including bowls, plates, baby bottles and water cups. Other injection‑molded parts: Various disposable complex‑shape articles with low mechanical‑strength requirements.
